We focus especially on families with young children to provide a kids menu that is fuss-free, nutritious and responsibly sourced. Working with our company nutritionist, we provide carefully controlled levels of calories, fat, sugar and salt to meet the nutritional needs of children and to include two of their five a day in all our main meals.
Brewer’s Fayre are proud to be Peas Please pledgers, committed to ensuring that our children’s meals always include at least two portions of vegetables.
All our core menus are being developed to support Public Health England’s (PHE) targets on sugar, salt and calories by 2024. To date, we have achieved over 20% reduction in sugar in our Beefeater and Brewers Fayre desserts and over 80% of our dishes have achieved the salt targets as set by PHE in 2017.

Clean Protect and a generous serving of safety Read more
Having hotels open for the nation’s key workers gave us a head start in implementing new and comprehensive safety, health and hygiene protocols that give our teams and guests the reassurance that we can continue to deliver the very high-quality standards that they expect from Premier Inn and our restaurants.
We have branded this promise ‘CleanProtect’ in our Premier Inn hotels and ‘A generous serving of safety’ in our restaurants. Our promise seeks to give guests extra peace of mind so they can book, stay and dine with confidence. What’s more, we employ every one of our housekeeping and restaurants team directly, meaning we’re able to ensure they maintain the highest standards in cleanliness and hygiene training.
