Guest and customer wellbeing
We strongly believe that listening to our guests and responding to their needs is hugely important and providing information is key whether this is about allergen management, nutritional quality or how we source our ingredients.
We focus especially on families with young children to provide a kids menu that is fuss-free, nutritious and responsibly sourced. Working with our company nutritionist, we provide carefully controlled levels of calories, fat, sugar and salt to meet the nutritional needs of children and to include two of their five a day in all our main meals.
Brewer’s Fayre are proud to be Peas Please pledgers, committed to ensuring that our children’s meals always include at least two portions of vegetables.
We ensure our key ingredients and commodities are sourced responsibly
