New 369-bedroom hotel combines Premier Inn and hub by Premier Inn brands in an exceptional location metres from Paddington Station and the Elizabeth Line.
Construction of 229-bedroom Premier Inn on Rochdale Road to the north of the Northern Quarter is anticipated to commence in Sept 2024
Whitbread intends to replace the existing hotel and restaurant with a larger Premier Inn and introduce new purpose-built accommodation for students as well as new homes.
The sale of the site one occupied by the Premier Inn Manchester Deansgate hotel is part of Whitbread’s asset intensification strategy.
