Whitbread – change of Senior Independent Director

As part of its planned Board succession, Whitbread PLC has today announced that Sir Ian Cheshire will step down from the Whitbread Board, and as Senior Independent Director, at the end of Whitbread’s Board meeting on 21st September 2017. Adam Crozier, who joined the Board on 1 April 2017, will become Senior Independent Director with effect from the end of the same meeting.
