Whitbread awarded a Gold Award on Stonewall’s Global Workplace Equality Index of Top Global Employers
Whitbread has been awarded a Stonewall Gold Award for the second consecutive year.
The UK’s biggest hospitality company has been ranked the highest business in the hospitality sector and 53rd overall in Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index in recognition of its commitment to the inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in the workplace.
Diversity & Inclusion sits at the heart of Whitbread’s commitment to being a Force for Good, and plays a critical role in business strategy, including helping to retain and recruit new team members from diverse backgrounds.
Internal inclusion networks, including GLOW, which represents Whitbread’s LGBTQ+ network help lay the foundations for creating an inclusive environment for Whitbread’s teams and guests and it strives to become the UK’s most inclusive hospitality business.
