New Premier Inn Brings £3.6 Million Investment To Penrith
Premier Inn is to open its brand new Penrith Hotel on the 2nd March 2016. This new property will contribute over £3.6 million to the local economy whilst generating 26 new year round jobs for the residents of Penrith and the surrounding area.
The brand new 60 bedroom hotel is situated in the heart of the town, within walking distance from all the local amenities and attractions. The hotel is a mile away from Penrith North Lakes Train Station.
As well as being known for it’s three mile proximity to the Lake District National Park, Penrith is now an important shopping district, with a good mix of traditional shops and sophisticated arcades. Guests can become at one with nature and enjoy the majestic Aira force waterfall walks or for the adventurous kind, a visit to Eden Valley adventures for river rafting, water tubing, canyoning and rappelling tours is a must.
