Our approach
We're committed to our corporate responsibility programme, "Good Together" and to building our values into everything we do. Good Together is an overarching strategy and programme of initiatives to drive sustainable performance and further deepen corporate responsibility in our business.
When we reviewed our corporate responsibility strategy, we consulted widely and we took a long hard look at our business. We concluded that there are six priority areas where we should take action.
To help drive Good Together, we have set public performance targets relating to key areas of the programme such as carbon emissions, team development, responsible sourcing and supporting communities. This report starts to tell the story of how we are delivering these targets.
