Corporate governance is something that touches all aspects of our business and affects all of our employees in many different ways.

Remuneration

The Committee believes that the executive team should be rewarded for the achievement of the strategy and therefore incentives should be clearly aligned to delivering earnings growth and returns above our cost of capital.
