Graduate HR scheme
We’re looking for driven and commercially-focused graduates to work from our head office, in a real role, with real responsibility, from day one.
You’ll follow a rotational scheme to get wide expertise and a deep understanding of our people agenda, with placements in resourcing, talent management, employment policy, reward, and learning and development.
We’ll give you first-class mentoring from our HR managers, who’ll help guide and support you through each of your placements.
We’ll also encourage and support you in your study towards Graduate CIPD status in partnership with local colleges. This will accelerate your development and equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a fantastic career in human resource management.
Once you’ve proven your expertise and have your Graduate CIPD membership, we’ll help you progress to a managerial role in one of the most high-profile areas of our business.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for the future leaders of our business, and it’s important to us that you’ve proven you want to be world-class. You’ll have, or be on track for, a 2:1 or above, preferably in a HR, business or psychology related field. You’ll also have at least 300 UCAS points across three A-Levels.
We’re still interested if your degree is in a different discipline, if you can demonstrate your interest and commitment to a career in HR.
Personality’s also important: we’re looking for dynamic, ambitious graduates with fantastic people skills, who can communicate effectively and confidently at all levels to help, support and guide people through complex HR issues.
