Application process
If you cannot see any graduate schemes advertised as open for applications, you can register your interest by signing up for speculative graduate opportunities under job reference WG0656. We will then email you as soon as recruitment opens for any of our graduate programmes
We are also considering introducing internships, so if you would be interested in hearing about these opportunities, please also register your interest under job reference WG0656
To apply for any of our graduate schemes you must complete an online application form, telling us a little more about you and why you’re interested in our scheme.
If we take your application forward, we’ll invite you to take some online ability tests, usually to demonstrate your level of verbal reasoning and numeracy.
If you reach the required standard we’ll invite you to meet with us at our offices in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You’ll normally meet a senior manager in the function you’ve applied for, plus an HR manager.
We’ll find out more about you and your experiences at university, as well as give you the opportunity to see where you might work and find out more about us.
The final stage in our application process is an assessment centre
Good luck with your application!
