Who we are

Whitbread is the power behind some of the UK’s most successful, much-loved hospitality brands.

We employ over 40,000 people worldwide and serve more than 20 million customers every month.  Our brands  include Premier Inn, Beefeater Grill, Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Taybarns and Costa Coffee.

Where we are going

We’ve set our sights on ambitious and fast-paced growth. In 2012/13 we plan to grow Premier Inn by adding 4,200 rooms (30 hotels) and 6 new restaurants.  At Costa we will look to add around 350 new stores globally, and will place 1,000 Costa Express machines. 

We have also set out new growth milestones - by 2016 we plan; to have at least 65,000 Premier Inn rooms in the UK; to have 3,500 Costa stores worldwide, and 3,000 Costa Express machines.

Although our brands span different areas of the hospitality business, we all share common vision and values and a clear vision on responsibility and commitment. The way we work together behind the scenes makes us confident we'll achieve our vision of becoming the best large-scale hospitality company anywhere.
