Premier Inn has been chosen by the travelling public as the UK’s best economy hotel brand in the 2016 British Travel Awards for the third year running. The announcement was made on 23rd November 2016 at a ceremony in London.
The independent British Travel Awards has recognised the performance of leisure, travel and visitor attractions in the UK since 2008 and its awards are based on public votes.
Team members working for the hotel chain, which has over 740 sites and 60,000 rooms across the UK, were at the awards ceremony when the announcement of their win was made.
