UK’s leading hotel chain also retains Which? Recommended Provider Status
Premier Inn has today been named the UK’s top-rated hotel chain for a second consecutive year, having once again achieved the highest score in the annual Which? Hotel Chain Survey.
The hotel chain, which has over 740 sites and 60,000 rooms across the UK, was recognised for providing a “first class experience” at “very competitive prices”.
Which? members were asked to rate the key factors that contribute to making a hotel chain the best in the UK including value for money, bedrooms, bathrooms, cleanliness, bed comfort and whether descriptions met reality.
As well as topping the hotel chain league table, the Premier Inn team has also retained its prestigious Which? Recommended Provider status. This mark of excellence publicly recognises Premier Inn as best in class and is only awarded to the very best services and providers by Which?.
Both accolades come after a year of continued growth for Premier Inn which has seen the opening of many new sites across the country and the creation of hundreds of new jobs and apprenticeships.
