The next dividend will be after 5th January 2010.
How do I transfer shares into another person's name?
You will need to obtain a stock transfer form from our Registrars, and return this together with your share certificate(s) to them to arrange the transfer of ownership. For further information and to obtain a stock transfer form, please contact the Registrars directly on 0844 855 2327.
Note: Where the transfer is for a cash consideration, you will need to send the stock transfer form to your local Inland Revenue office for stamping. For further information, please contact your local Inland Revenue office.
