How do I apply for a role within a specific Whitbread brand? Once you’ve clicked into our Current Vacancies, you’ll be able to search and apply for vacancies within a Whitbread brand by using the search criteria fields.
Where do I send my CV? Please look at the jobs available under Current Vacancies and follow the instructions for applying online to Whitbread. You will be taken through a series of questions and then asked to upload your CV, so make sure you have this to hand.
I have just finished school/college and do not have any previous work experience; can I still apply for a role with Whitbread?
The majority of our management vacancies will require you to have relevant employment experience, so depending on the role you wish to apply for this may affect your application. However our team leader and team member roles are recruited at a local level. You can go to any of our sites and request an application form.
What happens next in the application process?
Your application will be reviewed and if successful, depending on the role you have applied for you will be invited to attend a phone interview or face to face interview with a member of our recruitment team and for operational roles an assessment day.
When will I know if I was successful? What’s the timescale involved?
The time taken for reviewing applications may vary depending on the type of role you are applying for. Our aim is always to respond to applications as soon as possible and you will be contacted whatever the outcome of your application.
I applied to Whitbread before and was unsuccessful. Can I reapply?
You may reapply to the same role after 12 months have passed since your original application by completing a new application form.
